The work at Martissant is on hold because the property title there is not clear. Pray for clarity on this issue and that work on this site can begin soon.

RECOMMENDATIONS/NOTES

The property is very large and in a strategic, high density neighborhood. There is a large block wall and front gate securing the perimeter of the property. The property is thick with vegetation.

The building is an old movie theater (two cameras still on the premises) that has not been used as a church yet. There is a large flow of water running through and under the building. The main theater appears to be fairly sound; however, the foyer is badly damaged from the earthquake. It may be possible to remove the foyer and reinforce the existing two left front pilasters on the theater so the building can be used.

Building #2 is a large structure that is badly damaged and should be removed for public safety.

Buildings #3 and #4 are residences that appear to be inhabited by the groundskeeper/security guard. There is minor to moderate damage.

The outhouse appears sound.
